Summary: Handles the routine and daily work of the Property Manager. Interfaces with client and service providers to relieve the Property Manager of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.
Job Description: Reviews and processes incoming system work orders upon receipt and take appropriate action. Follow up with Tenant to assure work orders were completed satisfactorily. Responsible for answering and monitoring incoming telephone calls as directed Maintain current property, tenant, vendor and contact listings for Property Manager Maintain current service contracts and current insurance certificates according to expiration dates Maintains tenant lease and current insurance certificates according to expiration dates Process facility invoices for payment on a daily basis. Maintain property, administrative files, and project files as directed by Property Manager Assists in the preparation of: Third Party documents Service/Vendor Contracts Construction contracts and project documents General correspondence as directed And obtaining Contract and service bids Assumes additional duties and responsibilities as requested by Property Manager SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities

EDUCATION High School Diploma Associates Degree or higher is preferred SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Two or more years office work experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes Background in property management preferred LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as reports, policies and procedures, safety rules. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to client, vendors, tenants and employees of the company. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS This job does not require any additional certifications.
