Job Description: This property manager or (assistant property manager) position is located in North Dallas and will assist in the oversight of a portfolio of medical office buildings. This a great opportunity for a strong Assistant Property Manager with 4+ years of commercial or medical experience or a Property Manager with two or more years of commercial or medical experience. Lincoln Harris CSG is a division of Dallas based Lincoln Property Company and was established fifteen years ago to focus on providing full-spectrum real estate solutions to corporations. Twenty accounts are presently under Lincoln Harris CSG management, representing 40 million square feet. This position will be responsible for assisting the senior property manager in the management of a large medical office building portfolio in accordance with the clients management agreement and strictly enforcing all policies, including but not limited to; overseeing daily operations of the portfolio and tenant relations, oversight of building engineering, close cooperation with a dedicated leasing staff, preparing operating and capital budgets for assigned properties, bidding vendor contracts annually for competitiveness, administering all tenant leases, reconciling Operating Costs Recoveries and Cam reconciliations, rent escalations and approving all invoices related to assigned facilities.
 Job Requirements: Requirements 4-year degree preferred 3-6 Years in Commercial (Office) Property Management field required (please do not include residential, retail, or hotel experience) Experience managing Medical office buildings a plus Experience preparing detailed annual property budgets including expenses and income Construction Management experience a plus Leasing Administration and abstracting experience CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: IREM Certified Property Manager designation a plus BOMA Real Property Administrator designation a plus Texas Real Estate license preferred TECHNICAL SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
